Overview
Brokerage Core helps real estate brokerages manage contacts, documents, signatures, showings, compliance, communications, and transaction workflows. We collect and use personal information only to operate the platform, support brokerage services, protect accounts, comply with legal and MLS obligations, and communicate about active real estate relationships.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact information, account credentials, brokerage role information, transaction details, uploaded documents, electronic signature records, communication history, device and log data, and consent records. When text messaging is enabled, we store the phone number, opt-in status, opt-in timestamp, opt-in source, disclosure version, and related audit metadata.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the application, route transaction communications, request signatures, send verification codes, send appointment or showing updates, maintain audit trails, support compliance review, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform reliability.
Text Messaging Privacy
If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send transactional real estate messages such as verification codes, signing requests, appointment or showing updates, deadline reminders, and transaction-status notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators, carriers, messaging providers, and other service providers necessary to deliver and support the text messaging service, or as required by law.
Service Providers
We may use vendors for hosting, storage, email, SMS, identity, security, analytics, document processing, and customer support. These vendors are authorized to process information only as needed to provide their services to us and the brokerage using the platform.
Choices and Requests
You may ask the brokerage or platform administrator to update your contact information, correct inaccurate records, or stop optional communications. Text opt-out requests can be made by replying STOP to a text message. Some transactional or legally required records may be retained for compliance, audit, dispute-resolution, and security purposes.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect platform data. We retain records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and regulatory requirements, maintain transaction history, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
